Upper back pain? Change your posture habits!

Many patients would suffer from upper back pain and ask us what they can do in between chiropractic treatments.

Upper back pain?

This is part 2 of our video demonstration, in which we show you a simple DIY exercise for your upper back. If you do currently suffer from upper back pain, then please talk to us about it so we can check if this is the right exercise.
It's a great exercise to work on your posture habits, and after a few weeks you'll notice that you're now able to hold your shoulders back.

Why exercise is essential

When we age, we all lose muscle mass. The natural remedy is...to use them! The more you build in simple exercises when you go about your day, the more you're taking care of your spinal health and of your own body.
If you have just come across this article and this page, please click the "Videos" link to find many more DIY exercise videos you can try in the comfort of your own home. These exercises will help you avoid upper back pain and strengthen your core and your back muscles.
